new in testing: glibc2.6, gcc4.2 - changes to CFLAGS recommended


we have put glibc2.6 and gcc4.2 into testing. we expect gcj and fortran programs breaking: : libgcj
and libfortran bumped so.name. we are checking for required rebuilds.

ATTENTION: it's recommended to add -mtune=generic to your local CFLAGS/CXXFLAGS in /etc/makepkg.conf for any developer and TU or if you want to share your packages. otherwise the gcc might optimise your package in an unwanted way.
